[PodcastMN] ideal podcast length

I love Garrick's explanation but I would also chime in that if you were to
stream your show you could know through some metrics service or polling when
people bail on a program. The average "bail out" length would be a good
indicator of how awesome or not awesome you are.
My podcasts are usually three seconds in length.
