frequently comes in between 60 and 90 minutes. And he's got a large  
group of very loyal listeners.

As I write this, I'm listening to On the Media's podcast, nearly an  
hour.

On of my other favorites is EconTalk.org - always an hour and almost  
always interesting that entire time.

To contrast, the coffee reviews I've been doing at  
firstcrackpodcast.com come in between 5-10 minutes while the  
interviews I do at the same url are usually between 20 minutes.

Good rule of thumb: only make it only as long as it is interesting.

There's no reason to publish stuff that's boring to you.
