I agree. Some people can get lucky some of the time, but to sound  
really, really good you still need good gear, good ears and  
experience doing it.

You must have really good ears. It does make me wonder what D/A's  
they use and how different each of the different iPod models are  
engineered in that regard.  I don't listen to music on my iPod all  
that often.
