[Mike Wills]

I know... I am glad I don't live or work up there, traffic is going to be
hell for a couple years. My guess is this fall will be cleanup. This winter
planning, next spring start construction. They should have it built in two
years.

I am sure some roads out there will be neglected for a while now.
